[ Mikado is back.
He was angry and ecstatic at the same time. Angry because he never got to finish what he started, but ecstatic that he was back in Luceti--he loved it here.
But this place has warped time; he knows he's been away for roughly three months, who knows how long it's been here? Three hours? Three years? Three centuries? His friends might have already left a while ago, but that wasn't something he was going to think about.
Instead of picking up the journal and calling for people he knew, he decided to pick himself up and carry on as though nothing was wrong, as if he was never gone.
His first goal will be the clothing store to change out of the New Feather garb and grab some extra sets of clothes. Then he'll be probably spending most of his day in the item store, picking up things that may have arrived with him from home and things he had before, if he remembers what they are. Afterwards, he'll probably wander around the village a bit soaking up the "oh yes I'm back" feeling before waltzing on back to his room in House 15.
One thing to notice is that his wing color is different--before it was a light blue, but now they've been dyed a deeper, navy blue. Other than that, he's no different; he's still wearing that happy, innocent smile on his face.

Mikado comes to the realization that he's really not ready for this. He feels a large, unpassable gap between them, and uneasily stands silent for a few moments. He knows he can't worry Masaomi, he can't let him know anything. All he had to do was act like nothing was different between them. And that was possibly going to be the hardest thing for him. ]
