[ It's only been a day since the draftees left and it's... kind of eerie being alone in an apartment that's usually pretty loud. He'd usually hang out with Masaomi or Frey but both of them are gone, leaving him with no one to really hang out with and not wanting to stay in the house.

[ Mikado's going to be spending most of Sunday at the restaurant, not so much eating but burying himself in work. It's a distraction, really. If he lets his mind wander, he'll only come up with the worst case scenarios of the draft.

So feel free to notice this studious kid looking kind of... very upset. Or the fact that he's taken up an entire table by himself with books and stuff. ]

I don't mind. It is a kind of sweet disorder and I can appreciate that. I, too, get quite distracted when studying.

I brought a bit of reading for that physics tutorial -- you know, Mister Scott's. I thought I would brush up and really try to keep Apollodorus from getting smashed. [ she tugs a hefty tome from her bag. ] Apollodorus is what I've named my egg, of course.

Mister Scott said that I could although I know I won't see him until the day of the competition. I think that the absence will make the heart grow fonder and if I name the egg then I will be certain to want to protect him as best I can.

Ohh, I've never thought of it that way. I always just thought about the grade. Heheh, maybe I should name my egg too...
